Thank you to the participants of the first Sunny Mike Mindfulness 5K. We had a typical day of pre-Fall Rochester weather…a tad chilly with infrequent appearances by the sun. But the foliage was spectacular, and the venue provided a wonderfully peaceful setting for the trek.

It was a beautiful fall day at Crooked Pines Golf Club! Together with 54 golfers we started the day by shouting 1…2…3… SUNNY MIKE! Thank you to all of our golfers for making it a great day for fun in the sun!
